Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Ortho Marketing, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects and uses information on ortho-athlete.com (the "Site"). It applies to the Site only.

The Site has one form, the Injured App Support form (the "Support form"). The Support form is for people who need help with the Injured app. When you submit it, we collect the information you enter in these fields:

• Last Name

• Email Address

• Phone Number (optional)

• Comments

We do not collect information through any other form on the Site. We also receive limited usage information through Google Analytics, described in the next section.

The Site uses Google Analytics, a service that reports how visitors use websites. Google Analytics places cookies or similar identifiers on your browser or device. It records the pages you visit, the device and browser type you use, and your approximate location. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy.

We use these reports to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve it. Google offers its own tools for opting out of Google Analytics. You can find them at [Google Analytics opt-out URL].

We use Support form submissions to reply to your request. That includes answering a question, looking into an app issue, or noting a feature request.

We use Google Analytics information to understand how the Site is used, to find problems, and to improve content.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only in two cases.

First, we share information with service providers that host the Site, deliver Support form submissions to us, or provide analytics. These providers handle information on our behalf and only to perform those services.

Second, we disclose information when the law requires it. That includes responding to a valid legal request from a court or government agency.

We keep Support form submissions for [Retention period]. Google Analytics information is kept for [Analytics retention period]. We may keep information longer when the law requires it.

You decide what to include in the Support form. Phone Number is optional. To ask about a past submission, or to ask us to delete it, use the Support page at ortho-athlete.com/support.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's own tools at [Google Analytics opt-out URL].

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted the Support form, tell us through the Support page at ortho-athlete.com/support. We will delete the information.

Please do not send health details through the Support form. That includes medical records, images, symptoms, and other information about your health. The Support form is for app support only, such as app issues, feature requests, and general questions.

Questions about your injury or your care belong with a licensed provider. The Site is not the place to share them.

The Injured app has its own privacy policy. You can read it in the app and on the app's App Store and Google Play listings. This Privacy Policy does not cover information collected inside the Injured app.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. The version posted on this page is the current one.
