Physical Therapy Built for Your Comeback

Post-operative and injury rehab, one-on-one with a physical therapist. Your progress is measured with data and tracked in the Injured app after every session.

Rehab Built Around Your Return

Rehab is where the comeback gets built. Post-operative rehab picks up the plan your surgeon set. Injury rehab starts with a full evaluation and a plan for the sport you play.

You work one-on-one with a physical therapist every session. The work is specific to your injury and your position, from the first range-of-motion goal to the last sport-specific drill.

Progress is measured with data, not a guess, and you see it in the Injured app after every session. Your numbers decide when you move on to Return to Sport, and the Injured app connects the two.

Common Questions

Do I need a referral to see a physical therapist?

Start in the Injured app and explain your injury. If a referral is needed, the Injured app helps sort it out before your first visit.

What happens at my first visit?

Your first visit is an evaluation. Your physical therapist reviews your injury or your surgeon's post-operative plan, tests how you move, and sets a starting point. You leave with a plan built around your sport and your first milestones logged in the Injured app.

How long is a session?

Session length depends on where you are in your rehab and what's on the plan that day. Your appointment details in the Injured app show the start time and how long to plan for.

What should I bring?

Wear clothes you can move in, and bring the shoes you play in. Your MRI report and appointment details are already in the Injured app.
